If you want to skip this step and <strong>manually enter results then go straight to task 11.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"generate-results-using-zapier\">\n<h2>Generate results using Zapier<\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zapier.com\/app\/zaps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Zapier<\/a> is a tool for integrating heaps of different apps together, which simply means it lets your apps talk to one another.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style-info\"><strong>Zapier is useful for this Quiz Template<\/strong> because it can draw all the data you inputted as answers to the questions and provide you with a calculated result. It\u2019s a simple trigger and then action setup.<\/p>\n<p>The answers are calculated inside Zapier and then the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Process Street<\/a> quiz is updated with your result using our new\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/zapier-find-update-checklist\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">update checklist<\/a>\u00a0feature.<\/p>\n<p>The whole process is based on these key steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Triggering <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/help\/docs\/zapier\/#:~:text=Zapier%20lets%20you%20automatically%20find,automate%20tasks%20behind%20the%20scenes.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">the zap<\/a> in Process Street, whenever the task completing the final question is checked;<\/li>\n<li>Summing all of the answer values relevant for each of the quiz categories.<\/li>\n<li>Doing a simple <em>if-this-then-that <\/em>statement for each of the categories which gives us the result of the test;<\/li>\n<li>Returning the results of the test to the original Process Street checklist.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"style-success\"><strong>The process below illustrates how to create this Zapier integration and uses the Cognitive Functions MBTI Test process as an example.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p class=\"style-warning\"><strong>Step one<\/strong> consists of <strong>selecting the task to trigger<\/strong> the results that you want to calculate.
