Search for documents or folders that are shared with the contractor's primary email address, and remove him or her from all internal or client documents.<\/p>\n

If there are documents owned<\/strong> by the contractor's Google Drive account, copy those to a MeeseWorks-controlled account and remove our access to the original file.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Make final payments <\/h2>\n

Check Toggl for any unpaid entries, and make sure all project commissions have been paid and finalized.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n

First, remove contractor access from any shared folders and then with specific accounts that may have been shared directly.<\/p>\n

Check with key team members who worked with that contractor directly and make sure they remove the contractor from any accounts they have shared via LastPass before.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Review the work that the contractor did with us, and what apps they may have used from time to time.<\/p>\n
