Looking up the Location<\/h4>\n

First, you will need to find the location of the item you want to change the product condition. To do this, log into the Mobile site for Orders Now. It will be something similar to *.ordersnow.com\/Mobile<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Once you have logged in, navigate to the Lookup<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Scan or enter the storage location where the item is that you want to change the product condition.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

The next step is to find the item to be able to change the product condition.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Now that you have the location pulled up, you can find the item that you want to change the product condition.<\/p>\n

First, make sure you turn the Moving Items<\/strong> option on at the top of the page.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Now, you can scroll through the list to find the item you are looking for, or you can use the search box to search for it.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Now that you found the item, click (or tap) on the item to bring up the screen to change the product condition.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

This is where you can change the product condition over to the correct product condition.<\/p>\n

Note: You do not<\/strong> need to adjust the quantity in this case.<\/em><\/p>\n

Once the product condition has been changed, click (or tap) the Move Items<\/strong> button at the bottom. You can then see that the item is currently being relocated<\/em> in the list.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

The next step is to reshelve this item to finish the process.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Reshelving this Item<\/h4>\n

The process is not over just yet. The item is in a limbo state right now and needs to be reshelved with the correct product condition. To do this, navigate to the Shelve<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Search for the client this storage location is tied with.
Press No<\/strong> when the system asks you if you would like to tie this to a Purchase Order.<\/p>\n

Next, search for storage location you were working with previously.<\/p>\n

Note: You can use a different storage location as well. Most of the time, however, these steps are taken to rectify a mistake during the original shelving steps.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Then press the Continue<\/strong> button to begin shelving.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Before you begin shelving, however, you will need to change the Product Condition<\/strong> to the same product condition you change the item to in the last step.<\/p>\n

Once that is ready, you can then scan the item and shelve it using the correct product condition.<\/p>\n

The system will ask you for the quantity. Enter the same quantity as you moved from the previous step.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

The process is complete now, and the item has been updated with the correct product condition. If you were to go to the Lookup screen and view this storage location again, you would see that the item now has it's new product condition.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
