Assign This Checklist <\/h2>\n

As the VP of Education, you should assign this list as soon as you assign the speech date.<\/p>\n

In the right hand menu, click the green "Run checklist..." button<\/strong> and be ready to fill in the new checklist name using the format "YYYY MM DD Speaker-Name".<\/p>\n

The date should be the date they are going to deliver the speech. Use a four-digit year, two-digit month, and a two-digit day. (Makes it easier to see which speech is happening when.)<\/p>\n

Example: 2015-01-08 Jasiah<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Now invite this person to this checklist by copying their email address, clicking on "Assign member..." in the right hand menu, and pasting it into the field.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Once you've named the checklist, filled in the name and email above, AND assigned the checklist via email, mark this step complete, YOU ARE DONE as VP of Education -- all further check-offs will be done by the assigned person.
