Are you giving yourself enough time to get to the store?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That's why us over here at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.process.st\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Process Street<\/a> came up with the Daily Store Opening Checklist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Great customer service and sales begin with efficient store operations. If your store is running smoothly then your customers will have a pleasant experience and won't mind returning to shop. If you have clean aisles, sales signs out front, music on, etc. Your business day will run smoother.<\/p>\n<p>Using this template will ensure you never forget your keys again!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"initial-preparation\">\n<h2> Initial Preparation: <\/h2>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"check-for-your-keys\">\n<h2> Check for your keys <\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p><strong>Before you leave<\/strong> to open the store for the day, you need to <strong>make sure<\/strong>&nbsp;you have <strong>got your keys<\/strong> to open the store with. They also don't want to be buying the wrong size.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"check-cash-registers\">\n<h2> Check cash registers <\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p>You should <strong>make sure your cash registers are ready to go<\/strong> and have sufficient funds in them allowing you to exchange customers money. Also, if you run a paper loyalty scheme&nbsp;have them available in the cash register in the event of a customer asking for them.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"select-field-content form-field-content\">\n<div class=\"form-group\">\n   <label> Do you have notes &amp; coins in the cash register? <\/label><br \/>\n   <select disabled=\"disabled\" class=\"form-control\"><option value=\"An option will be selected here\">An option will be selected here<\/option><\/select>\n  <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p>Throughout the course of the day, you should<strong> never count cash in front of customers<\/strong> and it should be done out of site, preferably in a staff-room<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"turn-on-electronic-systems\">\n<h2> Turn on electronic systems <\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p>It is important to <strong>have your electronic systems switched on<\/strong> when customers enter the store. On electronic systems, you can promote your products to customers when they're looking around in the store. You can <strong>promote sales items and clearance stock<\/strong> in an attempt to get rid of them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Computers<\/strong> - for stock checking, emails, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Music system<\/strong> - no one likes silence.<\/li>\n<li><strong>TV screens<\/strong> - you can promote your products, sales, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Working Displays<\/strong> - if you have displays needing activated, make sure to do this.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"activate-air-conditioning\">\n<h2> Activate air conditioning <\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p>If your store is located in a hot climate or in the event of a warm day, <strong>make&nbsp;sure you remember to turn your air conditioning on<\/strong> - so customers don't feel too stuffed and have the feeling of wanting to run out of your store asap.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activating air condition<\/strong> is another task you may seem non-important.
