Everyone in the group is responsible for this step.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You cannot win the final prize unless your entire group is willing to play, and helps complete all the assignments.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This might simply be an email chain in which everyone says &quot;I'm in!&quot;<\/p>\n<p>However &nbsp;you choose to do it, make sure that everyone in your group has received their invitation to the game, and has watched the mission introduction video.<\/p>\n<p>There are at least <strong>two<\/strong> requirements that everyone in the group must complete.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEAM GUIDE: Once you have some confirmation from everyone in the group, you may mark this task complete. If someone on your team is unable to participate, send an email to Sujay (<a href=\"mailto:snatson@ijm.org\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">snatson@ijm.org<\/a>) and we may make an exception for you.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"share-about-job-opportunities-with-your-networks\">\n<h2> Share about job opportunities with your networks <\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p><strong>This must be accomplished by every member of the group<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This requirement can be completed in a variety of ways. Looking through our <a href=\"https:\/\/careers-ijm.icims.com\/jobs\/search?ss=1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">list of posted positions<\/a>, pick one (or a few!) to share.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Here are some tips:<\/p>\n<p>1. Post a LinkedIn or Facebook update and link to a job on your team. *Bonus: Include a picture of your team!<\/p>\n<p>2. Post about a job opportunity on your church's job board, bulletin board, or listserv<\/p>\n<p>3. Mention IJM career opportunities at a speaking engagement or networking event.<\/p>\n<p>4. Post about opportunities to a LinkedIn or Facebook group<\/p>\n<p>5. Organize a speaking engagement at a university career center.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEAM GUIDE: Once each person has successfully shared about the positions, you may mark this task as complete.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"take-a-picture-with-your-team\">\n<h2> Take a picture with your team <\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p><strong>This task must be completed with at least 4&nbsp;people in the group, and published on social media using the #IJMLife hashtag by one person in the group.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Tips:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Do a group lunch or coffee run, and take the photo and post it on Instagram or Facebook<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Members of the Investigations team should not be in the photo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bonus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There may be bonus prizes for those who get their <strong>entire<\/strong> group in the photo, or take an extra creative\/fun picture.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TEAM GUIDE: Once a photo of at least 5 team members has been published to social media with the #IJMLife tag, you may mark this task complete.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"update-your-linkedin-page\">\n<h2> Update your LinkedIn page <\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p><strong>This must be completed by everyone in the group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>To complete this requirement, <u>everyone<\/u> in the group should update their LinkedIn profile.<\/p>\n<p>In the (unlikely) event that your profile is completely updated, has a quality cover photo and head shot, and has a well-crafted summary section, then you can complete this section by posting an update or a blog post to your network.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tips:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend&nbsp;a LinkedIn training<\/li>\n<li>Follow <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hubspot.com\/blog\/tabid\/6307\/bid\/23454\/The-Ultimate-Cheat-Sheet-for-Mastering-LinkedIn.aspx#sm.0001wg88aqzvmfmozbj25tts8hawc\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">these instructions<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Try re-writing your summary, using one of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.themuse.com\/advice\/5-templates-thatll-make-writing-the-perfect-linkedin-summary-a-breeze\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">these templates<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bonus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Publish a blog. (Nothing over $15, unless you really want to!)<\/p>\n<p>Our colleagues who work remotely make an extra effort to keep in touch, call into meetings, and tune in to prayer every day. Sometimes, a personal touch can make a big difference.<\/p>\n<p>Show some love to your remote team members!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEAM GUIDE: Once you send the gift or note, you may mark this task as complete.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"attend-the-recruiting-launch-brown-bag\">\n<h2> Attend the Recruiting launch brown bag <\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p><strong>At least 2 people from your group must attend our Recruiting brown bag session (TBD)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>The recruiting team will hold a brown bag with some tips on engaging your friends and networks. This could be the group who helped you fundraise, it could be your home church, it could be a group of friends.
