Perform patient check-in and consent process

Perform initial inspection of the upper GI tract

Locate the lesion for removal

Inject fluid into submucosal layer below lesion

Begin cutting around the lesion

Excise the lesion

Verify complete removal of the lesion and absence of residual tumor using chromoendoscopy

Inspect the resected specimen and seal the resected area

Clean and dress the surgical area post procedure

Monitor patient's vital signs post procedure

Provide post procedural care instructions to the patient or caregiver

Document the procedure and findings in patient's medical record

Schedule follow-up for histopathology results and wound healing
