Instruction how to screen the tenant on PW:
Option 1: Using the Action column located on the right hand side of either page view.
1. Go to the Marketing Module
- From the New View: Go to Marketing
- From the Classic View: Click Marketing Module
2. Under Marketing, click Prospects.
3. Check the box before the prospect record name.
4. Across the prospect record, click on the drop-down under the Action column.
4. Click Screen Household
The Action options also includes:
- Input Screening Information – This option is only available if more information is needed to complete the screen.
- If for example, the person’s ID test returned other names or a different address that needs to be verified. It will also be available if you have step screening turned on, and if review/approval is required to continue.
- View Detail Report – This will only be there if a screen has been run, and there’s a report to be viewed.
- Check for Change in Status – This will be there if the household is pending. It lets you just check for a change in the status for that household, instead of for all pending households. This can also be used to check for overrides.
Option 2: Using the Prospect Summary page view:1. Go to the Marketing Module.
- From the New View: Go to Marketing
- From the Classic View: Click Marketing Module
2. Under Page View click Prospects.
3. Locate and click prospect name.
4. Under the Tenant Screening section, click Send Screening Request.
