Introduction to bookkeeping systems and procedures
Training on financial reporting and account reconciliation

Setting short and long term goals for the role
Work shadowing other Bookkeeping Services Specialists
Meetings with key members from other departments (e.g. Tax, Audit, etc.)
Assignment of first client files for review
Approval: First Client Files Review
Provide feedback and answer any queries
Induction into regular team and department meetings
Introductory meeting with relevant clients
Ongoing support and mentorship setup
Review of onboarding process and gather feedback
