Explain performance evaluation process and set expectations

Schedule weekly check-ins for the first month

Arrange meeting with HR for benefits and payroll orientation

Approval: HR completes the payroll orientation

Provide ongoing support and guidance as necessary

Approval: Completion of Onboarding Process by HR
