Inside the New Folder do the following:

    Upload any current customer analytics data around traffic, ticket counts et cetera. Sample Data is there for reference. Name with *Customer - Bot Name - Sample Data*

    Duplicate 'Sample Bot Spec Template' file as a guide for creating/uploading a functional spec *Customer - Bot Name - Spec*

    Duplicate 'Bot Content Template' file as a guide for creating bot content. Rename with *Customer - Bot Name - Content*. Complete the 'Copy' Tab
  • 4
    *Optional* - complete the *Training Variations* tab of the Bot Content Template
