Please complete each step in order, first starting with the action items below.

Getting Started:

1. Please upload the signed agreement below.

2. Please complete the credit card authorization form below.

• Please setup a credit card in the system to process the invoice.

How To Share Agency Partner Access

1. Open Business Settings.
2. Below Users, click Partners.
3. Click + Add.
4. Select Give a partner access to your assets.
5. Enter our Partner Business ID

6. Click Next
7. On this screen, you will select the assets to share us Admin access on. Choose the type of asset in the first column.
   
   1. Select the ad account you'd like to share us on and assign admin access.
   2. Select the pixel you'd like to share us on and assign admin access.
   3. Select the Facebook Page you'd like to share us on and assign admin access.
   4. Select any other assets you'd like to share us on e.g. product catalogs and assign admin access.
8. Click Save Changes.

How To Verify Website Domain with Facebook

1. Open Business Settings.
2. Below Brand Safety, click Domains.
3. Click + Add.
4. Follow the rest of the steps here.
5. Share Domain via partner access.

How To Share Google Drive Folder Link

Please create a Google drive folder and share us a link to access all the images and videos you have that we could potentially use in the paid social campaigns.

1. On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
2. Click the folder you want to share.
3. Click Share.
4. At the top right, click Get shareable link.
5. Click the Down arrow and select Anyone with the link.
6. Choose view.
7. Copy and paste the final link to the folder below to share access.

If you selected Shopify - Share Website Access

Please share admin website access to [email protected]. We will strictly be using access to review website analytics and data.

If you selected Shopify - Update Data Tracking

Please update your Shopify Facebook tracking setting to "Maximum" by following these steps.

Selecting Maximum allows your store to use Facebook's Conversions API as well as the Facebook pixel. Data is shared using the customer's web browser and from Shopify's servers, and is sent directly to Facebook's servers. Data sent from server to server can't be blocked by browser-based ad blockers. 

Data Sharing Steps:

1. In your Shopify admin, click Facebook in the Sales channels section.
2. Click Settings, and then click Data sharing settings.
3. In the Customer tracking section, click the Enable tracking toggle.
4. In the Choose tracking level section select Maximum.
5. Select your pixel from the list.
6. Click Confirm.

Share Email Lists & Customer Lists

Please upload any email lists and customer lists you have to the Facebook audiences. We will strictly be using these lists as audiences in Facebook so we can build lookalike audiences for your ad campaigns.
