From the In-take Form given by the Agent, clone the address through:

Click Add New Listing.
Click Continue.
Hover to Listings.
Click Add New Listing.
Select the Property Type based on the In-take Form.
Click Auto-populate from MLS data (Clone).
Paste or type in the MLS# > then click Next.
Click on the Clone that you selected > then click Next.
Note: If all the necessary details are filled out - the one with asterisk (*), and the details found in the In-take Form, click Save and Continue.

If there are no information and the agent did not provide the details in the input sheet, make sure to be proactive and call the management company to the condo or the townhome association - if you call them, they can answer these questions for you.

The agent should have emailed you the Remarks in the Input Sheet - if they don't kindly require them.

Once filled out, click Next.

Note: Consult your Team Leader to make sure that you fill this out correctly.
Primary Property Parcel Tax Amount - get the recent full tax bill

By Law, the virtual tour has to be unbranded. No logos, no broker's logo.
Manage Photos - Upload all the property photos.
Once done, click Next.
Set a schedule for a Tour/Open House.
Add New Tour/Open House - Schedules will show on all websites that the buyers go.
Once done, click Next.
Add all the disclosures for this property.
Click Add Document
Step 1 Choose File
Step 2 Select the Document Type
Click Upload
Once you are done, you can
Save As Draft - if you are not authorized to go live or you need to consult and have your work checked by your Team Lead.
Save and Continue - if you are authorized to go Live. You have to fix all the errors that may occur.
