Before diving in, it's crucial to begin with the 5-Step Planning Process so you have a clear picture of the entire map! Remember! There are just 5 easy steps: Dream it, Map it, Book it, Chunk it & Do it!
In this step, you'll need to identify your "NO-BRAINER" Offer. I like to start with a product that my audience is already familiar with, then I ADD something else as a FREE BONUS. It can be a course, training, webinar, coaching session, discount, etc.
The Offer I Used:
I mailed this "2-Day" Offer to my subscribers who had already seen my Offer for VideoROI (my YouTube Marketing Training Course). My "No-Brainer" Offer included early access to my newest course: FB Video Ads. In short, they got TWO courses for the price of one.
The following is a SIMPLE Map and Strategy you can follow and take action on immediately.
I created this and executed on it to generate $6,800 in sales in 2 days... with three emails.
The following steps will break out EXACTLY how I did this.
This entire promotion is run just over the course of two days.
Day #1: Send Email #1 about the FREE CONTENT.
Day #2: Send a Email #2 and #3 reminding them about the free content and the NO-BRAINER Offer that expires "tonight at midnight."
Now to begin creating your Video, Landing Page, Checkout Page, and Email Sequence!
In Step 1 you will create a short video for your audience to complete an action item.
For this step, you'll need to make a short video for your subscribers that focuses on ONE specific action step they can take immediately to see a specific result NOW!
Note: It doesn't have to be a "video," but I'm the video guy, so that's MY go-to medium. But, .PDF, article, LIVE training, audio, etc it ALL works!
Here's The Simple Outline to follow:
I. The Promise:
What will they learn or get from this training?
II. The Proof:
Can you show logical proof for the results of this?
III. The Steps:
Walk your viewers through the exact, specific steps.
IV. The Transition to Offer:
It's time to inform your audience of the "BIG NEWS" about the Special Offer you've created.
V. Introduce the Offer & Call To Action:
Share the details, benefits, price, and guarantee of your Special Offer and tell your viewers HOW to take action.
VI. Inject Scarcity:
Let your viewers know WHEN this Offer comes down.

In Step 2 we will create the Landing Page that your visitors will see.
In this step, you'll need to create a simple Landing Page where you send your visitors to view the video (and invest in your Offer!).
ESSENTIAL Ingredients for this Page:
1. A GREAT Headline that compels visitors to watch the video.
2. The Video you created in the previous step (autoplayed):
You can host this video anywhere... even YouTube is fine!
3. A delayed Call To Action button:
You'll want to use a "delayed" button that shows up only AFTER your Offer is mentioned. This link will direct your visitors to your Checkout Page.
RESOURCES NEEDED:
1. Video Hosting: YouTube, Wistia, or Vimeo
2. Landing Page Software: Kajabi, LeadPages, or ClickFunnels

In this step we will review the ESSENTIAL ingredients of your Checkout Page.
In this step, you'll either need to send your visitors to a Checkout Page or a Sales Page. For lower-priced products, I think sending to a well-crafted Checkout Page is all you need.
ESSENTIAL Ingredients of Your Checkout Page:
1. Re-state The Offer
2. The Price
3. Major Benefits
4. Testimonials
5. Guarantee

You'll need some sort of software or mechanism in order to "close the doors" of your 2-Day Offer. I use and recommend DeadlineFunnel. It not only allows you to shut down links at any time you specify, but it creates Countdown Timers you can use on your webpages and in your email!
This first email should be sent to anyone on your list who is already interested in the topic (BUT has not already purchased this Offer in the past).
The INTENTION of this email is to invite your subscribers to WATCH your free video.
Essential Ingredients:
1. A Compelling Subject Line
2. The "WHAT You've Got" (A Free Training Video)
3. The LINK To The Video
4. An IMAGE Of The Video (Clickable)
5. A Final Push and Call To Action
6. A Small "P.S." Teasing The Offer
A good day to send out Email #1 is TUESDAY morning (around 9:30am EST).
WHO: Using your Email Marketing Software (Infusionsoft, AWeber, ConvertKit, etc.), send a live broadcast to EVERYONE on your list who would find this content relevant, and EXCLUDE any current customers who already have this Offer or product.
This second Email will go out to everyone you sent Email #1 to, but didn't CLICK. (More on that in the next step).
This is simply the same email as Email #1, just written from a slightly different angle. I also like to include a bit of the "why" or the story behind my offer. Why would I make this type of No-Brainer? What is the story or BIG IDEA?
Essential Ingredients:
1. A Compelling Subject Line
2. The "WHAT You've Got" (A Free Training Video)
3. The LINK To The Video
4. An IMAGE Of The Video (Clickable)
5. A Final Push and Call To Action
6. A Small "P.S." Teasing The Offer
If you send Email #1 on Tuesday, send Email #2 on Wednesday (at 9:30am EST).
WHO: Send this email to everyone you sent Email #1 to BUT didn't click on the link to watch your video.
This includes OPENS and UN-OPENS.
WHY?: If someone didn't open Email #1... they were probably busy and missed the email. It happens. So try again.
If someone DID open Email #1, but they didn't click on the link... they may need a bit more convincing. So, try again.
This email will go out in the afternoon/evening of Day #2 (with only a few hours left before your deadline).
You will ONLY send this email to those who "clicked" on the link in Email #1 or Email #2 (more on that in the next step).
This email's intention is to RECAP this "No-Brainer" Offer (the What), share the WHY (the Benefits), and then WHEN (your Scarcity)!
You'll want to send this email out in the afternoon/evening hours before you close down your Offer (if the Offer closes at midnight, send it out about 5-7 hours before Cart-Close).
WHO: You'll only want to send THIS email to those who "clicked" on the link inside Email #1 or Email #2.
WHY?: Simple. This is SEGMENTING. You only want to talk to the people who have actually watched your video. If you tell someone your Offer is closing and they didn't know you even had an Offer... they'll be confused and angry.
Be Your Word. Do what you say you're going to do. If you're closing this Offer, Sale, or Promotion at 11:59pm PST... do it. Don't accept late sales, don't make exceptions, and don't keep the cart open one second longer than you said you would.
