4. Type Customer name in the CUSTOMER box or search the template using template reference sheet. *NOTE: Some customers have different sub accounts and it is important you know which customer to bill. If you have a doubt, ask!*
5. Search for the shipper location under drop #1 *Note*-If no shipper info pops up with the name, make sure to try typing it in a few different ways. If the name does not work, try the street address only, example: 1234 Apple Rd. Always try abbreviations for streets and/or fully written out. Example: 1234 Apple Rd versus 1234 Apple Road Please spend time trying to figure it out to save us time, do not let the load go to MASTER LOCATION REQUIRED if its not necessary because we will be working twice and wasting our time and resources. If still, no customer shows when searching for the location, type in the info manually. Once you build out the load, send an email to [email protected] asking for them to create a new location customer number. Make sure to include address and contact info. This note applies for the delivery location as well below*

Example: 1234 Apple Rd versus 1234 Apple Road Please spend time trying to figure it out to save us time, do not let the load go to MASTER LOCATION REQUIRED if its not necessary because we will be working twice and wasting our time and resources.
