Facebook Ad Campaign Troubleshooting Flow

This is a quick-use reference guide to help you troubleshoot your campaigns.

The way to use this is to go through the different questions one at a time.

When your answer is yes, move to the next question.

When your answer is not, click on that question to see the recommended action item.

Let it run longer.

Test other creatives.

Test other copy.

Check your welcome message or landing page. It's not getting people to take the next action even after they click.

A big part of this could be the quality of your targeting so test other audiences.

If you feel that your targeting is on point, implement retargeting.

It's converting but it's not profitable. Here are some things you can try:

• Check if you have non-performing ads or ad sets or demographics and remove them.
• Check your frequency if your bombarding your audiences.
• Implement retargeting to move people down the funnel further.

if you've reached this point, it means you have a profitable and converting campaign. Good job!

The next part is to improve performance which you can do through the following:

• Test other audiences similar to what is currently working to see if that improves conversion rate.
• Implement retargeting to improve conversion rate from existing leads
• Increase customer value by retargeting your existing buyers to get them to buy again and buy more.
