Go to the ‘Funnels’ tab and select the ‘Discount Funnel’ from the template tag. Make a copy of this funnel by going into settings and click ‘Clone Funnel’. Click ‘view funnel’ once it has loaded to be able to use the copy.
Making the funnel- Go to settings. Change the name of the funnel (include a date), and change the tag to the name of the customer.
Use the domain ‘go.obz.nz’ (for practices). Domain for Campaign - {{form.Domain_for_Click_Funnels}}
Otherwise, go Airtable and under the ‘Clients’ tab there should be info on what the domain is.
The Path is the name of the campaign without spaces, and the Favicon is found on Airtable (as above).
Click Funnels- set up the Opt-in page. Click on the ‘Steps’ tab, Opt-in page.
Edit the ‘Funnel Steps’. Rename the path to the first letters of the words of the campaign, followed by ‘oi’ for opt-in.
Then, click on the same edit button that sits under the opt-in page, and change the path here to the exact same thing, including 01 after the ‘oi’ bit on the end.
Go to ‘Edit Page’ to change the info and the photo, set the pop-up.
Also, edit the ‘SEO Meta Data’ through the ‘settings’ tab (once on the editing page). Fill in the campaign details in the title and description, add some key words, and the Author is the company. Set an image too.
My Machine Account (Active Campaign) - {{form.My_Machine_Account}}
Open the My Machine Account
Go to ‘Lists’, ‘Add a New List’. Use the name of the Campaign for the list title, and use the company website for the URL. Reminder is ‘You signed up on our website’.
Then, go to the Click Funnels Opt-in page. Settings -> Integrations -> Outaboundz AC Account -> Add to List With Tag -> Make the tag the campaign name -> Use the list you just created.
Save on Landing Page.
Go back to Active Campaign and use the ‘Automations’ Tab. ‘New Automation’ -> Start from Scratch -> Action to start the funnel is when a customer subscribes to a list. This list is the one just created earlier. ‘Send Emails’ -> ‘Create New Email’. Use past campaigns as a template if you like.
Once the email has been complete, click next.
Turn on Google Analytics.
Finish.
Add in the waits as specified by the details in Airtable, and create the follow up email and last chance email.
Add the goal. Name: Booked. Jump to Action When: Tag-Exists- (first letters of campaign name no spaces). And When This Goal Is: Below Contact’s Position. If Contact Does Not Meet Goal Conditions: End this Automation.
Add another wait period and send a review email and then enter a final goal of ‘Review Click’ (jump to action when: has clicked on link).

My Machine (Active Campaign) Account - {{form.My_Machine_Account}}
Zapier- go to the ‘Zaps’ tab -> ‘make a zap’
Choose Active Campaign as the trigger app. Trigger = new contacted added to list. Choose the appropriate Active Campaign account. Choose the relevant list that was created in step 5.
Choose Airtable as the Action App. Create a record. Use the Outaboundz Airtable account. Choose the Base and table created in step 7. Enter the contact email address, first name and last name, date.
Name the zap as the company name and the name of the campaign.
Facebook- in the business FB account, go to ‘custom conversions’ in the menu-> create custom conversion -> URL Contains: url from ‘thank you’ page -> category: lead.
Name it the campaign name and set a price. {{form.Thank_You_URL}}
FB: Create a Custom Audience- go to ‘Audiences’ -> create audience -> custom -> website traffic -> people who visited specific web pages -> enter the ‘Opt-In’ page URL Opt InURL - {{form.Opt_in_URL}}-> exclude people who visited specific web pages -> enter the ‘Thank You’ page URL Thank You URL - {{form.Thank_You_URL}}
Name this audience as ‘(the campaign name) no sign up 30 days’
Repeat for 20 and 10 days
FB: go to Ads Manager under the menu -> create campaign -> traffic -> rename
Name the Ad set the audience brief (found in Airtable)
Create an audience by typing in the city on the map and setting a radius. Change the age.
Edit placements- only set for FB feeds.
Set budget to $5 a day and change dates of campaign. Continue.
Change the ad name to the campaign name.
Choose ‘single image’ format.
Create the ad (use the Bitly link).
Screenshot the ad to send to clients.
Confirm the Ad and send the link to the client as well.
FB Retargeting- As the Ads Manager, go to ‘create campaign’ and select using existing campaign. Click to ‘Ads Set’ on the left hand menu.
Rename the Ad Set- ‘retargeting 30 days’. Use saved audience- chose the no sign up 30 days audience.
Leave the location open. Edit placements again (keep audience networks this time). Continue.
Rename Ad to retargeting 30 days. Create Ad again following steps 12- 12i.

Provely- create new -> use the go.obz.nz domain -> name it the campaign name -> copy the code and paste it in Click Funnels under ‘settings’, ‘body tracking code’
Change the animation as required.
Remove ‘enable provely branding’.
Set the text.
Copy widget code and paste into Click Funnels under ‘settings’, ‘body tracking code’. Save this on Click Funnels.
