How To Check Clients Emails

From the clients email, from their tab on the spreadsheet, copy their Login Credentials.

Look specifically for the following:

•  Any emails that are a response to one of ours 
•  Human written emails specifically for our client 
•  Non of the emails in the attached image would require attention

* ignore spam emails

Any emails to which you can reply, do so. 

*Only reply if you are 100% certain as to what the reply should be, these types of replies would typically be corresponding with a website that has our client listed, and we contacted them to correct information.

Update through Asana your 'Check Email' task, including a status on all the client emails you checked.

Categorize the emails that need attention and the ones completed.
