First, go to your Ads Manager Account.
Hit the Menu on the upper-left corner.
Select the Settings under Settings on the dropdown list.
Make sure to change the Role into "Ad account admin"
Then click confirm. I'll receive a notification to accept and that's how I'm added to your Facebook Ads Manager Account.
