Even if you have a weekly, monthly, or project contract with Videofruit, we require a breakdown of hours that you spend on certain tasks

Save invoice as PDF: The name of the invoice PDF should be as follows: Month#_Day#_LastTwoDigitsOfYear_FirstName (01_15_16_Jessica)

This should be sent over via PDF to [email protected] (Please do not send invoices to [email protected])

Send invoice from whatever payment software you're using: (Paypal, Harvest, etc)

We will also need a current W-9 on file before releasing payment. If you know we have one on file, then no need to send another one

Option #1: (Quickest) Please send a PDF invoice, as well as a link that we can easily click on and pay (for instance, PayPal invoice has an easily clickable link)
Options #2: (Slightly Slower) Please send a PDF invoice, as well as a request for a check to be cut. Please note that this will delay payment.
If your invoice is incorrect, please send corrected one before bills are paid or it will be paid the following week

All invoices need to be recieved by end of day Friday in order to be paid the following Wednesday.
All invoices are paid on Wednesday afternoons.
If you opted to be paid by check, it'll take a few extra days for that to go through.
