Instructions for your company iPhone (for sharing with users)

1. Enter the 'Settings' app
2. Select 'Touch ID & Passcode'
3. Select 'Turn Passcode On'
4. Enter your 4(or 6)-digit passcode
5. Re-enter your 4(or 6)-digit passcode

1. Enter the 'Settings' app
2. Select 'Touch ID & Passcode'
3. Select 'Turn Touch ID on'
4. Set up as many fingerprints as desired

Please follow the instructions below to record the provided voicemail greeting:  

"​Hi, you have reached YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME, YOUR JOB TITLE PROVIDED IN YOUR EMAIL SIGNATURE (For example: Jason Graf, Operations Manager) for Zoë Facility Services.  I cannot take your call at this time, so please leave your name, number, and a detailed message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.  Thank you.  Have a great day."

1. Tap and enter the 'Phone' application
2. Tap 'voicemail' option at the bottom right of the screen
3. Tap 'Greeting' at the top left of the screen
4. Tap 'Custom'
5. Tap 'Record'
6. Begin recording the message typed above
7. When you are satisfied, tap 'Save'

1. Open Settings
2. Go to iCloud
3. Sign in with a personal iCloud account
4. If you dont have a personal iCloud account please make one and then sign in

You can feel free to use this device as a personal phone. 

Any any wallpapers, apps, notes, reminders, contacts, take any pictures, download music on iTunes, watch movies (not on the clock of course), and text anyone youd like.

This device also has UNLIMITED DATA please use it to your hearts content

Also feel free to use this as your only device, This can replace your personal phone (if desired)

1. Swipe down from the home screen and type 'tips' in the search field

Using the Gmail app is a good way to seperate your work emails from your personal emails. I suggest you use this app for work emails and use the iOS Mail app for your personal mailboxes.

Or vice versa, Just make sure that when you send and Email that you are sending it from the correct email address with the correct signatures

Use google drive for keeping company documents of any type:

• Word documents (Microsoft word, Apple pages)
• Excel spreadsheets (Microsoft excel, Apple numbers)
• Presentations (Microsoft Powerpoint, Apple keynotes)
• Pictures for the business (Inspections, Projects, etc..)

It is best practice to keep your files organized in folders and sub-folders to save time and stress later on. For more information on how to do this, refer to the video below.

You can use Google keep like you would the Apple Reminders and Notes apps. It stores any notes or To-Do's you might have to do. Use this whenever you would need to take a reminder for the company.

Be sure to keep your iCloud data seperate from the company data.

You can also access Google Keep on your google suite from any computer web browser (Much like you would access gmail)

Feel free to sync your google account with your iPhone's standard calendar app. However be careful if you are going to make any company calendars to put those in the company calendars and not your personal iCloud calendars. Using Google calendars is a good way to make sure you dont accidentally make it on the wrong calendar account.
