Once in Shopify, on the right hand side of the Home screen, you will see a series of metrics. Choose "Yesterday" (if not already chosen) and copy the metric listed "Other." The dollar amount that you see will be pasted in the KPI spreadsheet for "Shopify Recurring Orders."
2
Within Shopify navigate to Online Store
3
In the 'Overview', on the right-hand side click the dropdown menu and select "Yesterday" for the day
4
Under the 'Sales' box, see the dollar amount for 'Total Sales.' Add this number to 'Other" sales dollar amount. Put this number in the KPI spreadsheet next to 'Shopify Total Sales.' So to clarify: 'Sales' dollar amount + 'Other' dollar amount = 'Shopify Total Sales'
5
Next, repeat the process above for the # of orders from both the 'Sales' box and 'Other' box. So to clarify: 'Sales' order number + 'Other' order number = 'Shopify Total Orders'
6
Scroll down to the 'Conversion' box. Under the 'Purchased' column copy the percentage and paste it within the KPI spreadsheet next to 'Shopify Purchased Rate'
7
Under the 'Top Products' box, for each item, copy the metric next to it and paste it into the corresponding field within the KPI spreadsheet. There is a formula in place that will automatically add these numbers together into the 'Total Products Sold' field.
