Check and read the Staff Bulletin Section of GCONS

Log and relevant alerts for a project

Review the ALERT report - takes 1 minute.

Check Docusign for customer messages and signed documents

Review the emails sent the previous day and determine if any Q/As should be created or emails forwarded to customers

Action emails using agreed procedures

Check for emails from the planning department

Respond to customer emails. Log significant and or relevant questions and answers in the project Q&As

Log significant and or relevant questions and answers in the project Q&As

Return all customer phone calls
11
Search the Project Q/A report look at all unanswered questions

If you are responsible for tasks - checking if there are task Q/A's that need to be actioned
13
Ensure Q&As older than 48 hours all resolved or to be resolved
14
Check for any new customers entering the Planning and Preparation stage - if applicable, complete first task
15
Ring at least 1 customer and have a conversation with each shift and or day
16
Complete tasks and sub-task related to projects in Planning and Preparation

Check development tasks in ASANA
18
Email completed process street checklists daily, day specific and weekly
19
Email completed checklist to Nick and Accounts
