Preparing for a Live Q&A Call

Find a quiet, well-lit room.

Face the brightest light source in the room

Plug in to the internet via wired connection (if possible).

Close out all applications and restart your computer.

Setup a mic if you have one. If not, use the headphones that came with your phone.

Pause any automatic backups you have as well as Dropbox synching.

Once Bjork Sends you the link, connect to the live Google Hangout.

Find a quiet, well-lit room.

If there are windows in the room, it is best to face the windows or shut the blinds. Lots of backlight makes it difficult to see your face!

(No worries if you only have Wi-Fi)

This helps to ensure that all unneccesary applications are closed out of.
