ANY OFFCUTS MUST BE STORED IN A WHITE BAKERY CONTAINER. THEY MUST BE WEIGHED; THE WEIGHT MUST BE RECORDED ON THIS FORM AND THE PRODUCT MUST BE LABELED WITH A YELLOW FORM 290 THAT HAS BEEN PRE-PRINTED WITH THE PRODUCTION DATE AND JULIAN CODE. YOU WILL NEED TO RECORD THE DATE AND BATCH ID (FROM FORM 63)
ALL WASTE THAT HAS HIT THE FLOOR AND WILL BE PLACE IN THE BIN MUST ALSO BE WEIGHED AND RECORDED ON THIS FORM PRIOR TO ITS DISPOSAL

Each time a new roll of film is started it must be checked to ensure it is good condition and has not been tampered with. Can you confirm that the film was covered and upon inspection is clean and has no visible damage?

It did not comply, I have removed it from production, alerted a manager and labeled it with a form 290 noting the product, problem, date, your name and that it needs to be checked by management as the next process.

If the product you are packing is going into an outer carton you must include this in your photo each time. Please see the example above, the carton label and date as well as the best before date on the product must both be clearly visible.

This product has been flagged as AQS "E-Mark" and all products at the end of the run that have been marked as underweight can be put through the system again (you do not need to remove packaging). Simply pass through the metal detector again.
