Introduction

Social Ratings is one of the Social Media accounts we managed on Facebook.
We promote Eco Defense Products from there and allow our customers to comment their feedback towards the product. Also our strategy of finding out probable loyal customers who are also willing to give out their product comments on Amazon. In order to increase our Amazon product and seller ratings. In return to that favor, we'd be willing to reward thus customers with generous discounts.

This is the entire Social Ratings Facebook Page we managed. In there, was our ad ratings indicated and the general Facebook page looks.

Locate Facebook Ads Comments, Likes and Shares

Click NOTIFICATIONS tab on the upper part portion of the Facebook Page.

In there, will be list of recent activities done by other Facebook accounts (probably most will be our previous or current customers).

Click an Ad Notification

Click on 1 of the notification to view an Ad with customer's likes and comments.

This is how a Facebook Page Ad looks like on our end, with the social ratings link (to rate the product) and the likes from different Facebook users as well as comments of our probable customers.

Down below you will see all the Probable Customer's Product Comments using their Facebook accounts.

Customer Product Feedback in Comments might be of positive or negative sides.

Read each comment on the Facebook Ad page.

DELETING a Negative Facebook Comment

Identify Negative Comment's on the Ad post and Aim to delete them all if possible.

To DELETE a Comment. Simply click the (...) button beside the comment

Simply click "Hide Comment"

And then the comment will be greyed out and not visible in public post any longer.

Reply to Questions

Simply reply to Customers about relevant Questions about the product by typing on tp the designated space right below the comment section.

Send a Message to Customer with Positive Feedback

Positive Product Feedback from our customers should be valued as an instrument to more sales. We contact those great customers and ask them to post their feedback on Amazon and in return give them a very generous offer of a discount for this next purchase.

Choose a good positive feedback from the Facebook comments of the Ad.

Click the Message button just below the comment.

Then a message box will pop up for you to type in something that you'll be sending to the person.
