The MORE button will take you to the manage button
The MANAGE BUTTON is what you will click
Choose Pause for 2 months. (This will give 1 full month without billing.)
☑️Record the Resume Date in the box below.
☑️INTERNAL POLICY: Give a pause a maximum of 3 times to one customer and then inform them that this option is no longer available to them.
☑️Manually add the appropriate pause tag in XP DIRECTIONS:
🔴There are three pause tags in XP (zz - Pause #1 T4TH+, zz - Pause #2 T4TH+, zz - Pause #3 T4TH+). Check to see which one a customer should get and add it to their account.

🔴If they already have all three pause tags in their account, give them the tag zz - No More Pausing and email them to share that they can no longer pause their subscription.
