This service request allows you to apply for employment visa renewal of a DIFC sponsored employee. Please ensure that the visa renewal is submitted prior to the expiry of the visa to avoid over stay fines.

Employment Renewal is done through the portal by filling up the following details
This information will generate the renewal form which needs to be filled & physically submitted to the authorities along with Visa renewal fees.
Residence Visa will be stamped on the passport within 2 weeks of the application date

Failure to comply with the requirements at any stage could result in the cancellation of the application in the light of both the Authority and the Emirate laws under the general umbrella of the UAE's laws. Following the decrees of the Authority, those incomplete information/documentation will be returned or will not be accepted
until all the requirements are fulfilled.
At any stage, the Authority has the right to request additional documents of the application process to facilitate the registration and approval.
Refund of fee is not allowed throughout the application process, or the terms and conditions of the refund guidelines may apply as per the terms and conditions of the Authority.

1.The Salary Certificate will be issued by UAQ for an additional fee of AED 250. It is also required to submit a letter, addressing the UAQ General Manager and stating the following information of the employee:
2.A proof of medical insurance per dependent must be presented during the visa stamping. It could be a copy of the insurance card or the copy of policy.
3.A No Objection Certificate from the Father is required if the sponsor is the Mother.
4.Document must be attested by the UAE Embassy in the country of origin and UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Important Note: Sponsor should be inside the UAE during the process
