For some people, depending on your country and account level, help may be available via Facebook Support, either via email, or when someone's available during designated hours, via chat support.
You may not always get the highest quality response with chat support, but it is a live person and it should give you a faster and better response than dealing with an automated system.
To see if you can get support from a Facebook rep, go to the Facebook Business Support page at this link:
https://www.facebook.com/business/help
They will first try to help you with a menu of options:
You may be able to find your answer here.
If not, and if live support is available to you then underneath this menu you will see a section that reads "Still need help? Find answers or contact support."
You either can go through the wizard to find your answer or if support is available the chat option will appear at the bottom.
If you don't have this option available (I do not) then go to the next step and Use the Help Center Form for Ads in Review.
