SETTING YOURSELF UP IN COX PARTNERS HR SYSTEM:

Welcome to Cox Partners Estate Agents.

Our online HR System is provided by BambooHR. This system provides a convenient way for you to:

  • access, view and update your personal information, HR records, files and documents;
  • review and sign important work related authorities, agreements and contracts;
  • request rostered days off or leave;
  • review current and past annoncements;
  • access essential website links; and
  • access the company directory.

We'll show you this functionality shortly.

First, we ask that you set up your important personal information in BambooHR so that everything operates smoothly. 

Create your Bamboo HR account and choose your password

1. CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

  • When your appopintment has been confirmed and you have been allocated a Cox Partners email address you will receive an email (to your work email) from BambooHR inviting you to "Create Your Account".

2. CHOOSE YOUR PASSWORD

  • In the body of the Create Your Account email click on the "Choose Your Password" link.
  • The "Reset Password" screen is displayed.
  • Enter your password. Ensure it is secure and meets the criteria shown below. 

3. ACCESS YOUR BAMBOOHR ACCOUNT

  • When you passord is confirmed the Home page for your BambooHR account will be displayed. 
  • You can access your BambooHR account anytime at https://coxpartners.bamboohr.com
  • We recommend you bookmark your BambooHR login page.

Check, update and complete your personal information

1. GO TO THE "My Info" TAB

  • From the top menu, go to the "My Info" page.

2. CHECK, UPDATE AND COMPLETE ALL FIELDS UNDER THE "Personal" TAB

  • From the "My Info" page, go to the "Personal" tab
  • Check, update and complete all fields under the "Basic Information" heading
  • Check, update and complete all fields under the "Contact" heading
  • Check, update and complete all fields under the "Social Links" heading
  • Under the "Education" heading add separate records for your High School, Tertiary and Adult education
  • Go to "+Add Education" and complete each field shown below
  • Details for your personal and professional records will be captured under the heading "Personal & Professional Records".
  • For the moment leave this table blank. 
  • Under the "Passport" heading add details for your current passport
  • Go to "+Add Passports" to display the passport screen
  • Complete each field shown below
  • Under the "Driver's License" heading add details for your current drivers license
  • Go to "+Add Driver's License" to display the drivers license screen
  • Complete each field shown below

Check, update and complete your job information

1. CHECK, UPDATE AND COMPLETE YOUR JOB INFORMATION

  • From the "My Info" page, go to the "Job" tab
  • You can view but not edit the following information:
    - HIre Date
    - Employment Status
    - Compensation
    - Job Information
  • Under the "Inland Revenue" heading add details
  • Go to "+Add Inland Revenue" to display the Inland Revenue screen
  • Complete each field shown below.

    EMPLOYEES: only IRD Number and Tax Code fields apply. You must provide a signed IR330 Tax Code Declaration form.

    CONTRACTORS:You must provide a signed IR330C Tax Rate Notification for Contractors form.


  • Under the "Bank Accounts" heading add details for the Bank Accounts your wish to use for your remuneration payments. Payments may be made to more than one bank account.
  • Go to "+Add Bank Accounts" to display the bank account screen
  • Complete each field shown below
  • Under the "KiwiSaver" heading add details for your current KiwiSaver provider
  • Go to "+Add Kiwsaver" to display the KiwiSaver screen
  • Complete each field shown below

Update your emergency contact information

1. UPDATE YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION

  • From the "My Info" page, go to the "Emergency" tab
  • Go to "+Add Contact" to display the Emergency Contact screen
  • Complete each field shown below.

PLEASE NOTE: This information is require for Health and Safety purposes. Please provide AT LEAST two emergency contacts, but preferrably THREE or more emergency contacts. 

Update your dependents information

1. UPDATE YOUR DEPENDENTS INFORMATION

  • From the "My Info" page, go to the "Benefits" tab
  • In the table headed Dependents Go to "+Add Dependent" to display the dependents screen
  • Complete each field shown below
