This can be via:

Always check in with BGC accounts whether it was sent to them too.

Send all the client information to 10x close to the time

Inform the client that, even though they bought a ticket via Business Game Changers, the event is hosted by 10x.

Business Game Changers is a sister company of 10x

All send them the required preparation before the event

Contribution Compass (10x should send it, but if they do not, BGC will issue the Contribution Compass token)
