Instructions to use Swept – Clean Simple (For training employees)

Your email will have your username and password in it that you can use to log in, please change this to something that you will remember. You can press 'Forgot my password' on the log in screen, or your IT admin can change this for you

The Email you received gives you the information to log into the application. Proceed to download the app for whatever smartphone that you use (if you don have a data plan, we also can work around this)  Please allow location and notification services from your phone when you start the application.

The email should look something like this:

While signed in, You can click into the locations button, Choose the location you are at. Sign in, Enjoy your night at work. And remember to clock out when you finish!

Remember, clocking in uses your Geo-location to make sure you are where you say you are when you clock in and out. (We don't track you any other times, don't worry) Please allow location and notification services from your phone when you start the application.

You can report a problem that might have happened that you might need to tell a manager and no one else.

The Security Tab is the place with information for this location that might be sensitive if your phone ever was misplaced. Your Code by default is 1234. Your IT admin can get this changed for you if you wish. This is just a code to be kept from those outside Zoë

The instructions tab is where you can go to see all your route sheets and any other instructions you might need for each location. This will be fleshed out to days, nights, detail, and any thing else that is necessary

You can translate this page to your desired language if needed,

The Supplies tab is used to make request for supplies for your location to be delivered. Talk to your manager on correct usage of this feature

Messages is intended to be a virtual Message board/ Log book. Everyone at the location including managers will be able to see these messages back and forth

If you are having an issue, you can click into the support tab, you will be in contact with your day/night side manager by phone, and by email your IT admin. 

If you aren't able to use the iOS or Android app, you can simply text a number using SMS messaging. 

The number they text is (317) 315-5246

They will Text "Hello" to this number and then follow the prompts each night

Make sure you follow all the prompts to ensure signing out

The first step is to locate which phone line you will use as your clock-in station in whichever building you are in.

After you find it. Call out to  (317) 315-5246 (you might have to fail 8, 9, etc. depending on the system of the building you are in)

From here you can follow the prompts to sign-in, sign-out, or report a problem

It will ask you for your IVR Pin. For which each employee has a different pin.
