What is the purpose of SME outreach "round 2"
At this point you should have a great understanding of the project, the market it belongs to, and assumptions about who the ICP is.
After completing secondary research in the market analysis stage, you should validate your assumptions with more SMEs. These SMEs may be some of the people you have already spoken to and should include new people as well. If you haven't spoken to experts how are internal to SVS, now is a great time to do that and record the feedback.
Record these interviews or take good notes and add to the SME feedback google folder from the first round of SME outreach.
Goal: talk to 3-5 more SMEs and validate the business model taking into account what you have learned around competitors, and your financial assumptions.
This will lead to you being able to provide a strong recomendation on wether or not to move forward with the project.
