90 Day Financial Plan

Two Budget Committees will be established.

1) A staff budget committee comprised of department heads

2) A board budget committee comprised of five trustees

The budget committee will be responsible to be the main resource for compiling budget information and inquiries. 

The executive director will conduct annual reviews of staff. Use the following list for interview questions. Upload interview notes within the process.

Budget committee will allocate projected revenue to projected costs. Budget committee will then prioritize costs in order to adjust and balance the budget.

Budget needs to be approved by the board. Once approved, all board members need to sign the budget affirming that the appropriate revenue will be generated.

The final budget will be followed by all staff department heads and monitored by the executive director. Any adjustments in the budget valued at $3,000 or less will need to go through the executive director. Anything more than $3,000 will need to be approved by the board.

The budget committees will gather once a month to conduct budget review and adjustment.
