Homigo Partner Onboarding

After weeks or months of negotiation a sales deal with a market partner is closed and onboarding the market partner is the next big step and involves a lot of back and forth communication to get everything set up. This process template has been created to make sure the whole onboarding process is followed step by step and get the Market Partner on board within 2 weeks of the deal is closed.

Your first step is to send an introduction email to the market partner welcoming them and setting them up for the next two weeks of onboarding with Homigo.

Use the following email template

Marketing Team Introduction Email
SUBJECT : Hi from Homigo Marketing!

Firstly, I would like to welcome you to the Homigo Family! We are happy to have you onboard!

I will be your point of contact from here onwards. I’m available through email, phone & text (+1-647-927-6539) throughout the week and most weekends too.

I will help you over the course of next two weeks to get everything ready to launch our first campaign and set it up for success!

In the following email you will be getting a set of instructions to get our team started on creating the assets ready for the campaign to present to you.

As I mentioned in the last email I will be sending you an instruction email to get us started working on the campaign.

To stay on schedule we would like you to do the following as soon as possible:

1. Fill up this onboarding form. (Some general information, logos, contact list and additional details you would like to provide)
2. Schedule a review meeting on google hangouts a week from now (or whatever video chat platform works for you) to review the marketing assets our team will create for you this week.

3. Schedule an in-person team presentation meeting 2 weeks from now. After the final revisions are done and approved we would like to present, demo & address any questions or concerns you and your team have before we launch the campaign.

Coordinate with the design lead in your team and create the following marketing materials for your Market Partner

In this meeting you will showcase the marketing material through google hangouts and get the following materials approved:

Make revisions agreed upon in the virtual meeting and email the MP Marketing Team for final approval. Skip step if already approved.

Revised Campaign Material

Email Mike Sellouk ([email protected]) with the following materials from the welcome package.

1. Service Manual Cover
2. Welcome Postcard

Pre-print Checklist

Tick off once print material is received at the Homigo Office

So by this step you must have all the campaign assets ready for a test run.

Also, reconfirm Week 2 Team Presentation Meeting with the Market Partner

At this meeting your team will present the campaign material and answer any questions the Market Partner's team has.

Make sure the Market Partner Recieves

Launch the email campaign on autopilot and notify the market partner

Send follow up email with first week metrics of the campaign post launch
