Call Tracking Metrics – Scoring Your New Calls

Steps:

In the menu, click on Calls → Call Log

Filter the Call Log for "First-time contact" only

Add a Score to each Call Log item

Overview:

CallTrackingMetrics allows you to collect analytics on the phone calls and form-fills from each of the campaigns setup in your account.

When you score the viability of each lead tracked in CallTrackingMetrics, we can assess this data and optimize your campaign to get more leads that are relevant to your business.

Steps:

Filter the Call Log for "First-time contact" only

Click the Filter button under the CallTrackingMetrics logo

Scroll down to the last block

Check "First-time contact"

Click Apply Filter

Add a Score to each Call Log item

For each call in the Call Log:

Click on the Score icon
2

Score the log entry with 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 stars
3

Denoted if the lead was Converted via the on/off indicator
4

If the lead was converted, specify the value of the conversion

Note: Do not manage incoming leads via the Flag icon.
