Reach out to lender for pre-approval
Send reports and disclosures to client for review
Prepare Receipt of Reports for clients
Prepare summary letter from agent (offer cover page)
Request client provide the following:
Pre-approval letter (if not received from lender)
Prepare offer and get signatures
Package the above items into one file
Deliver in person if possible and appropriate
Send electronic copy as well
Follow up with listing agent to confirm offer was received
