A Quick Checklist To Run Through Things We Need To Do Directly After A Site Is Launched

Check All Forms Are Working Correctly

Make sure Meta Names & Tags are correct

Create Logins for User & Transfer blog posts to that user

Enter Video User Manual Licence & Activate Template

Change admin email notification to client

Re-Upload Page Builder Icons

Check All Forms Are Working Correctly

Switch all notifications on any forms on the site to the clients admin email

Test all forms are working correctly

Make sure Meta Names & Tags are correct

Change Meta Names & Tags for the Home page and any internal pages

Change Meta Names & Tags for the Home page and any internal pages (using YOAST Plugin)

Go to Settings > General and make sure Site Name and Tagline are correct

Create Logins for User & Transfer blog posts to that user

Create a login for the user
2

Upload login information to the Podio Item
3

Transfer any blog posts on the site from admin to the user

Enter Video User Manual Licence & Activate Template

Change admin email notification to client

Go to Dashboard and click on Settings > General
Change Email Address to Clients Email Address (you can find this in the Podio item)
Click Save

Re-Upload Page Builder Icons
