first, click the Friends Database Above

then, enter the "Friends of the JGFA" Form

select the Last Name and click "Find"

under "Find What", enter the individual's last name, and you will either be directed to a current customer, or you will have to create a new form

if you are dealing with a current customer, just update his/her information. If the customer is new, click new and fill out the form using his/her information

make sure to save your work and close
Step 3: Prepare and Print Thank-you Letter

upload the above document

update the name of the recipient and the date in which you are printing the letter

print the letter using the gold letter-size paper
Step 4: Discount Card

upload the discount card above and change the name of the recipient, the expiration date (one year from day you are printing), and the big-print month- use the expiration month/year

print the discount card, cut the individual card using the paper cutter, and laminate the card using the business card cover
Step 5: Mail Package

tri-fold the letter

paper-clip the discount card to the letter

place the items in an envelope, use the JGFA return address, and write the address of the recipient on the envelope
