1. 12 business days before it's publishing date, Mark is to deliver main MP3.
2. Transcription (unformatted) will be delivered to Mark 2 business days after main MP3 has been received.
3. Mark/Kara/Heidi are to deliver the following 8 business days from receiving the transcript:
   1. Intro & Outro
   2. Tweetables (if applicable)
4. By end-of-day-Friday (6pm PST | 3am CEST) prior to episode going live, FullCast is to deliver the following in the guest's Final Assets folder:
   1. Final MP3
   2. Show Notes
5. Mark/Heidi/Kara is to confirm/request changes by midday-Sunday (12pm PST | 9pm CEST).

*Due to business days being the changing factor, the delivery days will be off by +/- 1.*

2. Upload Final MP3 to Libsyn (under Content > Drafts OR > FTP / Unreleased Media)
3. Show notes*
4. Unformatted transcript

• What Was Covered section
• Links Mentioned section

Innovation Ecosystem team is responsible for the complete production:

• Finalizing show notes, episode artwork, and scheduling in Libsyn.
• Creating show notes page on IE website.
• Creating episode artwork.
• Uploading mp3 to YouTube.
• All social media.

Part 1:

Mark delivers the following by uploading (12 days business days prior to episode publishing date):

• Main MP3 (solo or interview) into Step 1 folder in shared Dropbox folder
  
  • Link to Step 1 Folder

Part 2:

Mark/Kara/Heidi also completes episode card in Trello by marking off what he/they uploaded above and providing the following information (8 days prior to episode publishing date):

1. Intro & Outro

2. Episode Live Date (when episode is to go live)

3. Guest's Twitter URL (if they have one)

4. Title of episode

5. Guest's Facebook URL (if they have one)

6. Guest's Linkedin URL (if they have one)

7. Editorial Notes (if needed)

--------FullCast Content Submission Policy------- [UPDATED]

Main interview/audio is to be uploaded to our FullCast shared dropbox folder for transcription 12 business days (Monday-Friday, 8am to 3pm PST) prior to the release date as determined by the client.

Show content* is to be uploaded to our FullCast shared dropbox folder for editing eight business days (Monday-Friday, 8am to 3pm PST) prior to the release date as determined by the client. In the event that FullCast does not receive show content in time for editing, a comment will be posted in Trello by the production manager and a notification will be sent via Trello to the client and the production team. The production manager will adjust the Trello task and reschedule production to the following week. All subsequent releases will be adjusted accordingly.

Should the client want to have their show released on the original determined date, the client must notify the production manager. The production manager will secure the production team and a “rush fee” of one hundred fifty dollars ($150) will be applied. In the event that late content has made achieving the release date impossible, the production manager will present alternatives to the client.

*Show content includes: intro, outro, editorial notes, guest information, title, tweetables, transcription blurb, graphical elements used for website & social media or show art provided by the client.
