As I mentioned on the phone due to the dollar amount of your loan request before we can move forward we will need your last two years tax returns (as well as two years business tax returns if self-employed). We will also need for you to complete the attached Personal Financial Statement. For any liquid assets listed on the PFS we will also require Proof of Liquidity which will consist of bank statements, IRA statements, etc. to verify the information listed on the PFS.
          I have also attached an application for your wife to complete, as we will need to add her to the application. Please let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to earning your business.
