Accelo – Accepting a Quote

Accelo is a project management platform that allows us to effectively manage all projects from initial planning phases through project completion.

Accelo provides our customers with a level of transparency for each of their projects, including the ability to review and provide feedback on project quotes in real-time.

To begin reviewing a quote, you will first need to login to the ByteLaunch Client Portal. You can find the client portal at 

https://bytelaunch.accelo.com/portal 

If you are unable to login to the client portal, please email your contact at ByteLaunch to ensure an account has been created for you.

Using the primary navigation, locate and click Quotes in the main menu.

Locate and click the title of the quote you wish to view.

If you have any comments, questions, or feedback, you can choose to click "Make a comment" to send a message directly to ByteLaunch with respect to the quote you are viewing.

Finally, you can set your disposition for the quote by pressing the Accept or Decline button.

If there are no changes to the quote and all items are included, then you can Approve the quote and we'll convert the quote into a project and begin working together.
