You can find the document here. Look for what attorneys you have been assigned in the column A. 

In the excel sheet, you will find their Bar Membership number in Column AB. 

1) Verify their DC Bar Membership by visiting this link. Search using their full name. 

OR 

2) Verify their Federal Bar Membership by visiting this link. Search by last name. 

You should look for if their hourly rate (found in Column AE) and the Unbundled Services (AD) and determine does it fit within our range of $100-$250 range of Reduced Fee Services?

To kick off our office cleaning checklist, you first need to record the basic details of the office and cleaning procedure using the form fields below.

Review Insurance Coverage levels. Do they match our criteria ( $100,000 per claim/$300,000 aggregate?) If, no, please note what they have and that they do not match our criteria. 

*We will not be calling the Insurance Coverage agencies. We will have to assume that they are not lying about having Malpractice Insurance.

You will find an attachment of their resume in column AK. Review their resume. Compare their resume to their stated experience found in Column AC. Note any inconsistencies or concerns? 

Review Columns AN-AU for the email and phone number for 2 references. 

Call the reference.
