Keyword must appear in the first 100 words of the article and some time later in the article. Yoast check that for us.

Too many external links encourage the user to leave our website. No-follow keep the site reputation safe.
At least 3 internal links
For the reader it increases the time spending on Swapcard and for Google it means that the linked page are important.

You can put words before the keworks like TOP 3, Best.. It has to stay user friendly 🙂

One nice image as featured. Alt attribute during uplod is set (3 to 6) keywords
Other images to illustrate what you are explaining. Image have to be in high quality and big. At least 800px width
