To get an even better idea of what content you should be including in your next course video(s), get on the phone with your past students. Not only will this be a valuable opportunity to collect case studies, but you will also be able to dive deep with your students to determine their wants and needs. In order to efficiently execute on this step you should consider the following:
1) Have a Process for Identifying WHO to reach out to (what are the qualifications, which students will provide the most valuable feedback, etc.).
2) Create a Process for HOW you reach out to those people (Email, Phone, Skype, Scheduling, Etc). We use Calendly for booking calls.
3) Process for the CALL. (Questions, recording, and relaying data)
