Creative Request – Image Ads

• Go to Airtable to determine when you should request creative from Aya and log details in the schedule to track each

Submit a creative request in pivotal following the steps below. Make sure you are clear about ad specs & any important details. Submit your request at least one week prior to the due date.

• Go to Pivotal
• Create new icebox story (fig. 1) by clicking on plus symbol. A menu will open to fill-in details
• Title the story:
  • "PPC: image ads - description (due date)" 
• Select Aya as the owner
• Add Lauren as a follower (@laurenballein in comments box)
• Add details/explanation in description box:
  • any style/image details
    • multiple images will be needed for GIF animated ads
  • Copy ideas
  • CTA 
  • Include the sizes below (unless otherwise specified, these will be GIF animated)

1. Aya will create a comp in the 336x280 size for approval before creating a full set of ads
2.  When you receive the initial design, make sure you review carefully and let Aya know of any changes you'd like made. Be sure to be clear in your requests, preferably respond back via pivotal to have details in writing and discuss anything further in person
3.  Once the final design is established, Aya will have the go ahead to create the additional sizes

1. Once the full set of ads is complete, do a double check to make sure nothing needs to be tweaked further
   1. work with Aya further if there are any changes that need to be made
2. If everything is approved, then the task is complete and the creatives are ready for advertising

Aya will close out the story in pivotal once completed, please "accept" the delivery request in order for the story to move to the "Done" list

Add completed creatives to Airtable dashboard with appropriate attributes
