Where to look:

1. Search for Lifestyle images - Catalogs - use the most recent
2. Widen: Purchased Karyn Millet Photos 
3. Also on Widen: Lifestyle Web Images, Behind the Design Photos, Campaign Photos
4. Download/Retouch if needed

Stock images:

3. Free 10 Adobe Stock Images if you haven't used it yet

Based on the Lifestyles that has been selected 

1. Get skus - 15-20 product selected for the email (4-5 lifestyles)
2. Update Landing Page - Make sure to have the products towards the top so that's what customer see when they click on CTA landing page

1. Post up email mock on Pivotal
2. Tag Email mock to Jana and Haatsari
3. Get Copy from Jana

1. Post up new updated email mock
2. Post up onto Pivotal

1. Give Coder directions to where to slice
2. Gather all skus, landing page links and Copy location
3. Post notes/skus onto Pivotal (e.g. below)
4. Tag Coder  - Good to go = FINAL  

Aaron has requested to us to add finished email name onto his list when done

JETLORE

1. Create Jetlore Filter
2. Use either Promo or Catalog as filter
3. For selected skus use the following code to pull skus from the Landing Page
4. Make sure to De-dupe the skus used as stack in the Jetlore filter

How to pull skus from LP:

1. Inspect landing page
2. From Elements, go to Console
3. Copy Script and Paste into Console >
4. Done

1. Add into Jetlore  (Include Product SKUs
2. Make sure to dedupe skus

1. Upload final final psd onto Widen
2. Alt: drop psd file onto Marketing/_2017 Email /CURRENT

Remember to post psd onto Widen when there is downtime.

1. Create Landing Page Banner on Bloomreach
2. Upload onto Widen
3. Get embeded banner link
4. Upload onto it's landing page below heading

1. Click on the image icon, right in front of the Youtube icon.

Review and QA the email for any errors.

Quick QA checklist:

1. Use Firefox
2. Aaron will be scheduling and AB testing emails.
3. Verify to make sure campaigns are scheduled correctly if assisting on sends (Papason)
4. Verify campaigns date/time

1. Use Safari
2. Open up Silverpop
3. Sign in
4. Content > Scheduled
5. Check numbers by using Find
6. Check date, time and send name
7. Any missed or error out email will be need to be reschduled
