New Construction Forms - Required on all transactions
The Letter is provided by the termite company. When requesting letter, provide termite company with Buyers' Legal Name as he or she is taking title, Property Address, Lot Number, Subdivision, and Builder Name. Once received, builder must sign & forward to lender &/or closing attorney.
CO - Certificate of Occupancy
The Document is issued by a local government agency or building department certifying a building's compliance with applicable building codes and other laws. Request once construction is complete or as available.
