Locate MLS Numbers for all properties being shown

Matrix > Search > Residential > Residential Detail > MLS #

Enter All MLS # separating with , (example: 31324, 31322, 31419)

Search > Select All > Click "Print"

Select "Agent Full, Client Full, & Multi-Map" > Click "Email PDF > Email to Agent Showing Property |Subject: Appt Date, Time | Appt Agent Full, Client Full, and Multi-Map

Important ^ Include list of properties in email body. Include, time slots, showing instructions and appt. status. (IE, 123 Main. Appt Confirmed 11:30-12:30 Alarm 3444)

If Yes, Accept Hero on hero website, notate Important notes in leads manager, and email assigned agent letting them know lead is now registered as hero.
