Mobile Subscriptions Research – Airtel, IN

Purpose: Research mobile subscriptions packages on your market.

Why: We need to understand the flow of the mobile subscription packages offered by your mobile carrier as a part of our research to provide better services.

Resources: 

• Mobile phone with OS Android (not tablet!)
• Ideally latest model from Samsung brand (example: Samsung Galaxy S7)
• 2G/3G/4G mobile connection (not wifi!)

Ideal Outcome: Screenshots of the visited pages, structured in folders so we know which screenshot belongs to which URL.

Please follow our processes and check each of your task once its done.

The URLs that we are providing are mobile subscriptions provided by your mobile carrier.

Please note that we need to understand every step in the flow of the subscription. We cannot access these pages outside of India, so we need you to carefully visit the URLs and take screenshot of every page you see.

It's possible that during research you will be subscribed and charged a small amount by your carrier.

You will be notified about it by SMS and it should be very easy to cancel your subscription immediately after research.

So please don't be afraid if you subscribe, we will cover the costs if it happen.

We just need to see each page and subpage that appears in the flow.
